Cattle and sheep lines, drawn to your capacity One contractor, from layout to commissioning Two-year warranty, spare parts and labour

The brief

A slaughterhouse is a building, a line and a licence.

Get the layout wrong and no equipment will save it: clean and unclean areas cross, the rail runs short, the chill room fills before the shift ends. Most of what decides whether a plant works is fixed on the drawing, months before the first weld.

We build the line. You run the plant, and you hold the licence.

Where the line starts

The animal arrives before the equipment does.

Lairage size, race width, resting time and the walk to the box are decided first, because everything downstream inherits them. A line that handles animals badly at the gate will not be rescued by a faster saw.

What we build

Six systems, one line.

Stations, rails, cold rooms and stainless steel, supplied as single systems or as a complete plant. Scope is written down before manufacture starts, so nobody discovers a gap on installation day.

Cattle Slaughter Lines

Unclean line to clean line, stunning box to chill room door.

  • Stunning box, hoist and bleeding line arrangement
  • Hide pulling, evisceration platforms and carcass splitting
  • Clean and unclean sections laid out to avoid cross-contamination

Sheep & Goat Lines

Lighter loads, tighter spacing, higher head counts.

  • Restraint, bleeding and pelt removal stations
  • Light overhead rail sized to small ruminant carcasses
  • Shared chilling and dispatch with a cattle line where wanted

Overhead Rail Systems

The line is the rail. Everything else hangs off it.

  • Rail runs, switches, curves, stops and inclines
  • Hooks, trolleys and carriers matched to carcass weight
  • Gravity or driven sections according to the layout

Chilling & Cold Rooms

The shift is only finished when the carcass is cold.

  • Chill and cold storage rooms with rail inside
  • Sized to reach 3 °C for offal and 7 °C for other meat throughout the product
  • Dispatch area and loading arrangement

Stainless Steel Equipment

Built for washdown, not for the photograph.

  • Working platforms, tables, chutes, trolleys and pans
  • Knife sterilizers fed at not less than 82 °C, hand and boot wash stations
  • AISI 304 as standard, 316 where the duty calls for it

Turnkey Plant Projects

One contractor from survey to handover.

  • Site survey, layout drawing and equipment schedule
  • Manufacture, delivery, installation and commissioning
  • Operator handover, spare parts and service after start-up

How we work

Survey, draw, build, commission.

01

Survey and layout

We start from your building, your species and the head per hour you need. Those three numbers set the rail run, the station count and the chill room volume, and they go on a drawing before anything is priced.

02

Offer with the scope written down

Equipment schedule, materials, grades and the split between our scope and yours: civil works, utilities, licensing. What is not on the list is not in the price, and you know it on day one.

03

Manufacture and pre-assembly

The line is built and pre-assembled in our Kahramankazan workshop, so fitting problems are found in Ankara rather than on your site with a crane waiting.

04

Install, commission, hand over

Installation, commissioning with your team present, and operator handover. Then two years of warranty, with spare parts and labour support behind it.

Who we build for

Different buyers, the same first question.

How many head per hour, and in which building. Everything else in the project follows from the answer.

Municipal abattoirs

Public tenders where scope, material grade and documentation have to be exact and defensible.

Integrated meat plants

Slaughter feeding cutting and cold storage, where line rate and chilling capacity have to agree.

Meat exporters

Hygienic layout, clean and unclean separation and documentation that supports your own approvals.

Livestock cooperatives

Right-sized lines for member volumes, built to grow a station at a time rather than all at once.

Butchery and processing SMEs

Small lines, single stations and stainless equipment for operations that do not need a full plant.

Overseas projects

Manufactured and pre-assembled in Ankara, shipped and installed on site with the scope agreed up front.

Why Twona

A plant is judged on the day it runs.

One contractor, one responsibility

Layout, manufacture, installation and commissioning sit with us. When a rail height and a platform height disagree, there is nobody to point at, which is exactly the point.

Hygiene decides the design

Material grade, drainage falls, washdown access, separation of clean and unclean areas and the absence of dead corners are design inputs from the first sketch, not a finish applied at the end.

Built in our own workshop

Manufacturing and pre-assembly happen in Kahramankazan, Ankara. Fit is proven before anything is loaded on a truck, and changes are made with our own people.

Clear about what is not ours

The operating approval for a slaughterhouse is granted to the establishment by the Ministry’s Provincial Directorate, not to its equipment supplier. We build the line to support your application and we say so plainly, rather than selling a licence we cannot give.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which species do your lines handle?

Cattle and sheep or goat lines, built separately or as a combined plant sharing chilling and dispatch. The station set differs by species: cattle lines carry hide pulling and carcass splitting, small ruminant lines carry pelt removal and lighter rail loads. Which stations you need is decided on your layout, not from a catalogue.

What capacity can you build for?

Capacity is expressed in head per hour and it is the first thing we ask, because it sizes everything downstream: rail length, chill room volume, station count and the number of operators. We build from small municipal lines to integrated plants. Tell us the hourly rate you need and the building you have, and the layout follows from those two numbers.

Do you supply the operating licence or approval for the plant?

No, and no equipment manufacturer can. In Türkiye the approval and operating licence for a slaughterhouse is granted to the establishment and its operator by the Provincial Directorate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, not to the company that built the equipment. What we do is design and build the line so that it supports your application: hygienic layout, correct material, drainage, separation of clean and unclean areas, and the technical documentation for the equipment we supply.

Is your equipment suitable for halal or ritual slaughter?

Halal certification is granted to the establishment and to how slaughter is performed there, not to a piece of steel. What we can do is build the line in the configuration your certification body and your practice require, including a rotating ritual box with adjustable fixation time. Ritual slaughter also runs slower than a conventional line, and we size the layout for the rate you will actually achieve. The certificate is yours to hold; the equipment is ours to build to it.

What is included in a turnkey project?

Survey of your site and building, layout drawing, manufacture of the line in our Ankara workshop, delivery, installation, commissioning with your team present, and operator handover. Civil works, utilities and the licensing process stay with you, and we tell you clearly at the start which side of that line each item falls on.

What material do you use?

Stainless steel where product contact and washdown demand it, with grade selected for the duty: AISI 304 for general food contact and structures, AISI 316 where chloride exposure is heavier. Rails, hooks and load-bearing parts are sized to the carcass weight of the species the line is built for. Grades and thicknesses appear on the offer, not just on the website.

What does the warranty cover?

Equipment we manufacture carries a two-year warranty from delivery, and we provide spare parts and labour support after installation. Wear parts, consumables and damage from operation outside the intended use are handled separately, and the offer states which is which before you sign.

Do you work outside Türkiye?

Yes. Lines are manufactured and pre-assembled in Kahramankazan, Ankara, then shipped and installed on site. For overseas projects we agree the scope of local civil works, utilities and customs handling in advance, because those determine the installation programme far more than the equipment does.
